Saltwater pool maintenance 

The principle of electrolysis is based on the transformation of the salt present in the water into chlorine, ensuring natural and effective disinfection.

Slightly salted water (concentration of 2 to 5 g/L depending on models, 9 to 10 times less than seawater) passes through the chlorinator’s cell which transforms salt into natural chlorine.

Natural chlorine eliminates microorganisms (bacteria, algae) with the same effectiveness as chemical chlorine, without the drawbacks associated with the latter (irritation, odors, etc.).
